Buying Looking for help with gold roses -anybody without beautiful town ordinance??

I'm looking for anybody who doesn't have the beautiful town oridnance.

I would loove to drop off 30-40 black roses, then if you have a golden watering can you can water them for me once they wilt, if you don't have a gold watering can I can come over once they wilt and water them with it, then once they are gold I can pick them out

I will pay 3mil for anybody who can help me (and I will also look into your wishlist and see if I have/can get anything you want)
