I’m interested into having more art again, and I was hoping to have some freebies from more than a few members.
You are free to draw any female chibi, using any art style. As long as the chibi is wearing a knee-length dress stylized as a winter dress (or a slightly shorter winter dress) with black tights at 100% opacity, and her hair is a natural color (blonde, redhead, or brunette), you are free to draw the chibi any way you like.
