Looking for FLOWER FAIRY WIG

Hi everyone, I am brand new here and have been playing New Leaf for about a week and a half. I have the Puzzle League game but am awful at it.

Does anyone have a FLOWER FAIRY WIG that I could buy? It's the only thing I want right now, and I would appreciate it!

I unfortunately don't have any blue roses. I just started out last week and none of my roses have produced hybrids.
