Looking for experienced friends

Hello, I'm Darby and mayor of Bon Bay created January 1st, 2018 so it's still a work in progress but I'm new to the on-line aspects of ACNL and just visited a dream town for the first time only yesterday and now would love to visit real live actual towns - preferably with people that know what they're doing so I don't inadvertently mess anything up... I just know that you never run and always practice the golden rule... Wolfgang finally asked for the zen clock late last night so we're slowly getting there... Oh, I did play for about two and a half years in my old town Ashbury until a move interrupted my days and I left it frozen in time but it was always on my own. It was a beautiful town with all the first ten villagers, the only thing missing was a bubble wand. Thank you!

I would consider myself experience with the game/the forums. I've been playing since 2013, and been on the forums since 2016. I've been dying to make some best friends so we communicate across towns but if you would like to come to my town (It's a work in progress but it's pretty beautiful) then that would be awesome!

You should try the Train Station (Click Here) if you are looking for friends to play! It's an amazing place and I recommended it.

Anyways, I'll add you when I get home. Enjoy Animal Crossing and the forums, it's an amazing place.

I just visited your dream town! The first thing I did was sit by your tree... The second thing was to say hi to Vladimir. He was my cranky from my Ashbury... T Bone was very friendly and I got to meet Stitches for the first time. I've got to take a break for a bit but will add your ds code when I get back. Thanks again, I'm clueless and had no idea about the train station.

Oh good, thank you. I will add your code too then. Except I'm sort of confused about something... I think it's only for streetpass that you can pick up voided villagers if you don't have your ten right? Because I voided two and don't want to unwittingly foist them on anyone. And also, can I scan an RV card in and my friends can visit? I have cards for Chai, Vivian, Boots, Cashmere, Jacob, Julia and Tybalt if you're interested in any of their things.

Well, I think I got streetpass and visiting mixed up... After considerable research it seems you get the bubble wand only after a certain number of street passes not when someone visits your town. And then there's all this info about not having people you don't know visit your town... So. I'm sorry but now I'm too paranoid and wonder if I can just delete this thread because I feel so stupid?

There's nothing wrong with inviting people to your town, you just got to be cautious of who you invite. There's rules/standards on the forums that take action against people who abuse your town. There's also a wifi rating system that tells if people are good or bad at visiting ones town. You'll be fine, don't worry. Also, you can't delete a thread but you can close it (prevent future posts) by requesting for it to be closed by using the report function (bottom left of a post)
