Looking for a town to weed (preferably a cycling town)

i reset my town not too long ago, so i'm trying to get all the badges that i lost from my previous town

if anyone has a cycling town without the beautiful town ordinance, it would be much appreciated if i can come by to clean up the weeds

its for the purpose of cycling out villagers & selling them, but any town with weeds works
