Looking for a town in winter to do some fishing/bug catching!

Hi everyone, looking for a town to visit in November through January. I am missing some fish and bugs in those months as I started my new town in May. I will not need to go to the island, I can just stay on the mainland. Please drop me a PM if you are interested in having me over for a bit C: I can tip accordingly. I shouldn't be too long either, there are only a few (fairly common, I just can't get them during the spring/summer months) that I need.
