Does anyone have a town between november-february? I'm aaaalmost done with my fishing encyclopedia but i need the blowfish! I hope this is okay to ask, (and that its not impossible for some ingame reason) I haven't been here or played new leaf in a while >>

Looks like the time wasn't right in that town, oh well. would anyone else be able to let me fish in their town? november-february 9pm-4am. a clear void please! I can tip some bells if necessary.
