I've done a bunch of animated gif banners, so I can take a stab at it. You can go to my sig shop to see examples of animated banners I've done. Link's in my sig.

Because this isn't a request in my shop, it's not a priority, but I can definitely get it done if you want me to make you a banner.

I know that. (Cake font) the one I want is the one with the castle and fire works, I took a screen shot
of it, it's 20 down from the first one.
