I am looking for a talented artist who is amazing at doing animated art. I would really like my oc mayor (she doesn't have a name yet as I am making my second copy my main town once I get it on Friday 
) I would like to see some of your work before hand as I am willing to pay good bells or through any form of payment you choose (if I have it)
I have ideas of how I want her to be like and can easily give a description or a drawing for her (I don't have access to a computer lamo) Thank you in advance
