Looking for a player in winter.

I only need 2 bugs (bagworm and dung beetle) to complete my bug encyclopedia. The last bug off of the year is soon as well and i really want a golden net.

Is there anyone who is in winter that will let me visit to catch those bugs?

Dung beetle and bagworm can't be caught in another players town. Those can only be caught in your own town with the gates closed.

You can get your golden net after catching those 2 bugs. Visit a players town set in summer during a bug off and talk to Nat. Tell him to look at your collection and he'll give you the golden net.
Golden fishing rod can only be got in your own town.
