Buying Looking for a good avatar using a league card

It's well past Mardi Gras, so it's time to update my avatar once again. I have a perfect idea for an avatar, but I'll need your guys' help on making a good avatar based on this idea.

This is my character from Pokemon Sword, and I would like a good avatar using this character, whether you draw it or crop this image into a 150x150 avatar.

I could also get a new signature image, but only 700x150. Whatever Pokemon were in my current avatar should be drawn into the signature with a spring background and my username into the signature picture. You don't have to do the signature pic if you don't want to, but I'm in need of a new avatar.

The price is up to you.
