If your more of a cat person chose Lolly, if you like Cubs then go with maple, personally I went with maple cuz I have a cub theme going on because they are so adorable, small and cute :3

lucky, marshal, judy, dobie, fuchsia, julian, raymond, ankha, snake, and lolly. i dont have a certain theme going, but i feel like i have too many cats.

i have 7 cats and lolly is one of them. i wanted maple a lot at one point, but im obsessed with cats, plus i only wanted 1 normal, so i chose her. I love lolly because she has a normal cat design (lol, and shes also a normal type), and i wanted a villager that wasnt flashy, because i have a lot of those. choose whoever you want tho! which ever one makes you happy bro

Personally, I'm about to replace Merengue with Lolly--not because I dislike Merengue, she's great, but because while Merengue is a very cool design it's also very sweet. Literally and figuratively. Maple is the same; suuuper sweet. Lolly is adorable but the comma eyes and wriggle mouth are a bit less sugary, a bit more chill.

Maple seems great, but Lolly is on my island and has become one of my favorites, so I'm biased toward her.

Both are good but I would say Maple based on your feeling that you have too many cats.

Maple, I always thought Lolly was meh. I had her once in New Leaf and didn't feel it. I have Maple rn and I find it hard to let her go and probably won't ever even though my first choice was Peoke.

Lolly cuz I'm biased lol I love her to pieces, she's my random move in starting normal, was never part of my original dreamie lineup, originally planning on getting Coco/Kiki for my 2nd normal, Lily being my first choice, but she's just so cute as to why I ended up changing my plans and kept her instead lol but Maple is really cute too I love a lot of love for the Normal villagers as most of them are really cute and adorable!

I have both, Kiki + Marina lol. But I don’t mind because I love them all I don’t really mind that they’re all normal.

I love maple to pieces but I would pick Lolly because she’s a cat and I love cats.

Maple and I go way back so I’d always choose her but Lolly is cute too. I also really like cubs a whole lot so I have 4 of them in my island right now.
