So TBT-ers, when do you think it's appropriate for someone to start dating?

15 at least.
12 year olds, don't know what love is.
All they do is supposedly go out, and break up 4 days later.

I think as long as your in love with someone, it doesnt matter.

When they're old enough to known what it is to love another person and ready to handle any/all consequences of the relationship.

I hate little 12(and under) year olds who are dating.
It's *censored.3.0*ing annoying, all they do is earn a taken title above their head.
They know theyre not in love.. so what's that point?

Anytime as long as they understand what love is, too many teenager's (and some adults) dont truly know what it means to date, or be in love, it's why so many relationships fail, people cheat, interest is lost, if you truly loved someone, these sorts of things wouldn't happen.

If they are in love (Not the "DO you like me? Check yes or no.), then I think it really doesn't matter.
Well, liking someone is the medium, you can't just go from liking them as a friend to saying "HAY I LOVE YOU LETS GET MARRIED AND HAVE BABIES", these things can take time, and "liking" someone in that way is a start.

Age does NOT define maturity, and I really wish people would stop saying that, you can have a really mature 12 year old and a really immature 30 year old, sure maturity can grow overtime through aging, but overall age doesn't have alot to do with it.
