I just want to help others get their dreamies so heres another cycling thread to up your chances
I cannot cycle all the time, mostly on weekday evenings however once I begin cycling, I go rather quickly. Also I'm in EST timezone so please keep that in mind!
All my villagers are free but I have a few guidelines

1. Please don't reserve villagers unless I say it's okay (special circumstances)
2. Feel free to PM me about villagers and I will see what I can do
3. Don't judge this town. It's going to most likely be filled with weeds, no PWPs, and look like dookie.
4. Make sure you have space if you want a villager. I can wait depending on the circumstances but sometimes I'll have plans.
5. I'll wait 10 minutes after I post a villager. If no one replies, they'll be voided.
6. Any tier 1 (some tier 2) villagers require signature photo dreamie proof. Another alternative to have someone vouch for you
