Apparently... Lobo has decided to pack up without even asking me, I see all those letters and gifts meant NOTHING. (ノಠ益ಠ)ノ

That said, I am willing to trade him for any villager I list below. His shirt is the snowy sweater now (I think that's the name), his house is a bit different (I gave him cabin furniture to add to his theme), his catchphrase is the same, and if greetings carry over then I gave him a cute one for you~ <3
