Honestly though the only villager I don't like is Benedict. I don't particularly hate Bunnie or Roald, and I don't even really hate Benedict. I just like them the least out of all my villagers.

This order is purely based on my current new leaf town and who i am most attached to based on my experiences in new leaf. If I was to rate them in order of how much I like them outside the game or on other games the list would be quite different.

Actually my favourite villagers of all time are tangy, Rosie and Whitney and Rosie has only joined the list since new leaf.
