Before i finally managed to adopt Jay, in a three week span i got beat four times to get him from cycling threads, and narrowly beat out two people to get him when i got him. I believe that he deserves to be higher up (i don't know how it is now since i adopted him two weeks ago)

I'd say that if a villager is in the top half of tier two, or tier one.. A suitable starting bid is 1mil, and min bid increment is 500k .. They're the most common, and the most fair.
As for a buyout, I'd say between 25 and 35mil

I love this game! I've been playing it for years. I mean all the different ones. But they're basically the same thing just changes here and there, new stuff, characters, buildings etc. I like it because it's really relaxing and casual. I have plenty of other fast paced games but I always come back to animal crossing.
