Link's Awakening Turtle Rock Stuck

So i'm in turtle rock and there's a locked stone that i need a key for except i have no keys. I have been searching every room for a key and the only room that has the jingle is a dark room with two lanterns to light and some ropes. i can't light the lanterns because they are too far to reach. I like honeslty don't know what to do

this link is a map of the dungeon and it says where all the keys are and ive gotten all of the keys it lists?? i'm in room E4

The room with the hidden chest you were talking about is from B5, which contains the key. To get it, you'll definitely need the item of the dungeon, but you can't get it right away since you still haven't reached the staircase of E4.

At this point, you've certainly gotten 4 keys out of the 6 inside the dungeon. I'm pretty sure you're missing one other key somewhere, despite claiming that you did. If I have to guess which one you're likely looking for, I believe it's located at C4. According to the Owl Statue, you really have to shoot an arrow at statue to spawn a key. That's the only instance I ever encountered in the entire game.

If you've already found the key from C4, I suggest going in room G7 and use the tile maker to fill the entire bottomless pit to obtain another key.

Once you've got a key, be sure to hit the crystal ball from G6 once before heading to the staircase from E4. Otherwise, you wouldn't be able to reach to the item of the dungeon after defeating the mini-boss.
