Lining paths!

How do you line your paths? Do you keep it constant throughout you're whole town or do you mix it up? And what do you use constantly if you do?

I vary it depending on what I feel would look better. Most of the time it's either just flowers, bushes + flowers or bushes + flowers + trees. I'm considering putting some mushrooms here and there too at the moment I've got eight next to public work projects as you can't plant trees or bushes next to PWPs.
