On December 18th of last year, tragedy struck Maditown. The peaceful town, renowned for its peacefulness was polluted by a vile menace. He was extremely ugly. His house was in an ugly spot. Even his name was ugly. They called him... Limberg.
For three months, 2 weeks and five days, the villagers lived in constant fear. It was so terrible that the mayor has requested that it not be taught in history classes in schools, for young children may be traumatized. Limberg began to take over the town; selling his ugly items in Re-Tail, walking around town, and breaking into the mayor's house uninvited. He went as far to threaten Bunnie, the mayor's best friend until she changed her catchphrase to his own: Squinky.
Eventually, Mayor Madi couldn't take it anymore. She ran away from town to a place called Kalos, where she assembled a team of Pokemon to protect the town. By the time she returned, the town was completely devastated. Weeds grew wildly, perfect fruit trees were dead, and Flo was gone. Even today, no one knows whether she was eaten by Limberg or managed to flee the town.
After a four day long battle between the Mayor's Pokemon and the evil Limberg, he was finally forced out of the town. If for some reason you want your own town to be destroyed by him, you may adopt him.
