I don't think it's a good idea to post something like this when a villager has just moved in, since it can take a month for the villager to request moving out. I'm interested in her, but I refuse to pay for villagers - especially if it's a necessity rather than a sign of gratitude.
Good luck on finding someone with a different view on it, though.
