Lily-of-the-Valley with 4-star rating?

I received a lily-of-the-valley plant yesterday in a random spot, but when I checked my star rating it was still 4-stars. Has this happened to anyone else?

I think maybe what happened was you did get a 5 star rating at some point on your island but I assume you didn't check the rating. So if your island was at 5 stars before and you did something that caused it to go down to 4 stars then the Lily of Valley flower will still appear. Its kinda weird how that works. I did had that had happened to me a few years ago.

That happened to me, I dont know why. But I was also at 4 stars, and hadn't gotten K.K. so idk why that happened

This has happened to me! My island is currently a four star but I get lily of the valleys growing.

VanitasFan26: You were right, I was just shy of a 5-star rating and after it rained a bunch of wild flowers started growing. I cleaned them up and my rating must have dropped due to that. Now I have the 5-star rating again. Thanks everyone!

This has happened to me also I have gotten Lily of the valley flowers with a 4 star island I haven't recently as I am redoing my whole island so they haven't appeared yet.
