This is my first post, this was done on Procreate using a simple monoline brush and a hair detail stamp because I do be being lazy and love a hair highlight stamp!
I wish I had fixed the head shape a little bit more, but I think she’s a cutie! I also don’t like the shading on the cheeks as much as I wanted to. I should have used a different shade, but I don’t think it’s too bad for an afternoon! I wish they had the fun wigs in New Horizons like they do in Pocket Camp! They are so much more fun than the default hairstyles.
Doodled this, this morning! I will say this isn’t my original idea. I don’t typically do this style, but I just love a soft cutie witchy vibe! I saw a similar image and traced it from memory and changed a couple things and added a couple different things. The original cat was very AI looking and so were the hands. There was no original artist I found for it, but I hope they don’t mind the creative liberties I took. I will say it did look very generated, so I’m not even sure it was actually drawn line work etc. Either way it’s super cute and will add line art credit if I can ever find the original artist.
One of my favorite content creators is a girl from Sweden named Jonna Jinton. She’s an artist and jewelry maker who lives in northern Sweden. She’s an an incredible painter and she paints and photographs cracks in a frozen lake in the winter time and it’s beautiful!
She also makes music with the sounds the ice makes as it cracks and it’s so otherworldly and cool!
She has her own paintings of what it looks like when the ice cracks and that was my inspiration for this and my own take on it. I love her content so much and I’m such a huge fan of the winter, snow, and ice. Her Nordic life has inspired me to learn Swedish so one day I can travel far north into Sweden and see the frozen lands myself! Here is a link to her store and one of her photography prints that inspired me today!
Here is mine:
My puppy girl is white with dark apricot ears and spots!
She’s a cutie maltipoo who was rescued from a breeder situation. We are currently looking for another small rescue dog to be her friend. Maltipoos, apparently need another dog as they are very social and playful and we just can’t play with her for 18 hours straight as much as we would like to lol.
