No, she can't click the like/dislike button at all.

Is she on mobile? Cause sometimes on my phone, I have to press the like button a few times before it reads and likes the post.

And by mobile I mean using the web version of the site on your phone, not the mobile skin. If that makes sense.

This is a very unlikely scenario, but is JavaScript disabled? The buttons won't work without that. Just go to one of those "do I have JavaScript?" pages or something like that.

If it doesn't work in another browser, something is really wrong.

She has tried all her devices Computer, Phone, IPad
