Lighthouse pwp question

I have the light house built, but really want to reposition it. It's not on my list of PWPs at the moment (is this cos you can only have one?), so I just wanted to check that it will reappear on the list again once I demolish it?

I'm pretty sure it will I've demolished my water well multiple times and its always shown up again

Yeah, I re-built mine yesterday
