LF Chalet Exterior from Nook's Homes, name your price!

I'd like to come over and visit your Nook's Homes if they have the chalet exterior in stock. It looks like this!
Name whatever price you think is fair for the visit and your time.

(I *think* you might be able to buy things from other peoples' nook's homes? But if not I'll just close this thread. xD; )

I think if you go over to their town, you can talk to Nook (or face the exterior) and he'll "recommend" it to your own shop (something like this). It should show up in your own Nooks Home shop the next day
