I don't watch a lot of LPs anymore, but I'll list off a few.
I really enjoy
Chip & Ironicus, they're two buddies from Something Awful and try to make both entertaining and informative LPs. They mostly play Metal Gear titles, though they've also done Uncharted 1-3, No More Heroes 1 & 2, as well as some joke LPs like The You Testament and 50 Cent: Blood on the Sand. They also rarely swear in their videos.

penguinz0 does mostly one-off videos of games, and will sometimes upload voice-overs of infomercials or other videos. While he often uses vulgar humor, he has a way of breaking games or just doing stuff that's completely unexpected. All the money he makes from his videos goes directly to charity.
STAR_ and
Jerma985 are the ones I turn to for silly TF2 videos, though both of them will often upload videos of them playing other games. I'd recommend watching one of STAR_'s Basically videos, he's a bit more hyperactive in those and a lot more editing goes into them, but it gives you a good feeling of what his humor is like.
Lastly there's
Gaming Garbage which is mostly dead nowadays. They find and play some of the most horrendous games that they can find on the internet. It's easy to make fun of those, but the sometimes bizarre goings-on in these games are great. And Shmorky has a beautiful voice.
Apart from those, I'll sometimes watch Game Grumps (at least now that Jon is gone and Danny is in), Shesellssheshells, and whatever friends tend to link to me.
