-We are humans, be respectful!!
-Do not take anything you see on the floor or trees including flowers/fruit.
-If buying paintings: I will lead you to retail. When you finish your business I will end the session.
-Have money/items ready (exact amount) ie. if an item is 300K please have 3x99K + 3K ready
-I will end the session early if I see you doing something you are not supposed to!!!
Paintings Prices are non negotiable
Paintings are posted in my retail so you can check if they are legit, paintings 300K ea. Please post which ones you want, because there's a display limit in retail
Paintings: Finex3, Wistful, and Warm (300K ea) Any painting can be traded for a villager pic I do not have!!
Clothes/Gracie Prices are non negotiable
-150K ea: bridal veil, dollhouse dress, tartan-plaid outfit, groovy tank, gracie tank, yellow dotted dress, gracie glasses, green pumpkin head. 1 for a villager pic
-50K ea: Purple high tops, red argyle shirt, coral tee, cow tee, cyan argyle tank, zebra tank,brown plaid shorts, cool tank, acid wash jacket, acid wash pants, blue argyle tee. 2-3 for a villager pic
-Striped Wetsuit: 150K. Get this + 100K for a villager pic
Misc Prices are non negotiable. Ask about villager pic trades
-Fertilizer 10K ea (ask for stock)
-Sea Globe 250K
-Wheat Bundle 500K
-Fruit Basket 750K
-Golden Shovel 1.2m
