Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D Soundtrack CD Question (UK Owners only)

I have a question regarding the Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D Soundtrack CD...
I have seen Shigeru Miyamoto and Koji Kondo's signatures inside the booklet on an American copy of the Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D Soundtrack CD on YouTube.

The signatures appear in this video starting from 2:20 and finish appearing at 2:41.

I just wish to know from anyone who has opened their Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time Soundtrack CD whether these signatures appear in the European version or whether it is the same in all regions?

Good question. I also heard that it comes with some never before heard songs. Is that true?

Well I recieved my Australian copy today, and I assume it's the same as the UK's. It has the signatures, but the book is different, a lot less detailed. Little unfair if you ask me...and mine came in no wrapping what so ever, just the CD in a small carboard square.

They should be inside the booklet where you get the special notes from Shigeru Miyamoto and Koji Kondo.
