Welcome to my 100th cycling thread! Or at least if feels like it, I've made so many of these.

Anyways, TA-DA! New cycling thread. Bask in its glory.

The Basics:

  • One of the villagers will ping and ask to move. I will post which one here.
  • I will allow the villager to stay in town for three days unless someone shows interest in adopting them or has lurked for the villager of choice beforehand.
  • When the adopter is ready, I will time travel to the date in which the villager they would like is in boxes. They will then add my friend code and come pick them up.
  • If the adopter is not ready to pick up the villager in three days, I will time travel to when the villager is in boxes anyway. If still do not show, I will allow anyone else interested in the villager to pick them up. If no one else offers, the villager will unfortunately be voided.
  • Rise and repeat until sick of cycling!

Now here are two lists of...

Things I WON'T Do:
  • Follow any popularity lists or tiers. To be frank, it's kind of ridiculous, and is only useful for getting rich quick. Also, the tier list here is rubbish so I'm trying to disregard it.
  • Sell or auction off any villagers. I don't need any bells right now and exchanging bells is a pain in the rear anyway, so let's just not bother with it. Besides, I'm sure it's refreshing to get a villager you like without having to worry about payment, right?
  • Share which villagers are part of the town. I've been suggested this by someone and I thought it was a good idea. This will prevent reservations and pressure and all of that. I may get rid of this room in the future though if I don't like how it turns out.
  • Tell you not to sell villagers you adopt. If you pick up, say, Merengue and they accidentally get into boxes after a time traveling mishap and you're broke then you can sell her if you want. Once you adopt a villager they're yours, not mine, so I can't just get mad at you for doing what you want with your stuff. (That's like using a toothbrush to clean your toilet and the person who sold you the brush getting all huffy and not selling you any more toothbrushes afterwords because you didn't use it for what they wanted you to use it for...)
  • Promise that the villagers houses will be 100% original. I honestly wish I could though, but they sell things at Re-Tail and have bugs and fish in their houses... You know how villagers are, they don't care about how good their houses look in the end.
  • Make you enter some silly catchphrase to show you've read the rules. I'm assuming you've read the rules already and you don't need to prove you have.

And...

Things I WILL Do:
  • Accept donations of (in-game) bells, furniture and clothing! You know the, er, I Want More Bells charity fund! :> (Obviously this is optional...)
  • Take my time. I'm not going to use a faster method of cycling this time, just the simple "walk past all of the villagers until one pings". This way I can keep them for three days.
  • Not rush you. Again, the villager has three days before I time travel forwards to when they are packed up and ready to go. You may do whatever else you need to do in this amount of time.
  • Be willing to compromise! Say you just got a surprise move in from Streetpass while expecting the villager promised to you. I time travel them into boxes but you can't take them. I will be willing to turn back the clock for a day or two to allow you to solve any issues that do not allow you from taking in your wanted villager. Just be warned, if the villager is already in boxes and I have to turn back the clock every day to keep them from leaving, I have a high chance of messing up and accidentally having them voided! I try not to let this happen but sometimes it does, and I'm sorry if something like this happens in the future.
  • Allow conversation! Don't be afraid to just chat if you'd like.

(I *may* have left out any rules and if I have, I'll post about it and then change it immediately.)

Adopted Villagers:

*Roscoe

Voided Villagers: N/A

I love it! Love the format, very simple and easy to read. Love the rules and everything you're standing for here. It's definitely a breath of fresh air, and I'll be lurking since I just restarted my town ^.^

Thank you very much! :D I'll definitely let you know if one of your dreamies shows up!

(And I forgot to add something about how original the villagers will be. Adding that as soon as possible >.>)

And finally Roscoe wants to move out of Lavender. He kept trying to back out but obviously I wasn't having any of it. He's probably my favorite villager here so far and hopefully he goes to a good home.

You have such wonderful rules, thank you for doing this! I'm going to lurk for a future Diana. <3

Thank you very much :D I'll let you know if Diana shows up!

Just a reminder if anyone would like to adopt Roscoe, he has two days left.

I'll take Roscoe if he's still available c:

You have some of the best rules of any cycling thread I've seen, btw.

Glad everyone likes these rules so much! :D

Sorry for the late reply, Bubladragon, and of course you may adopt Roscoe!

I'm ready to get Roscoe whenever.
Why do I always respond so late? <.<
I'll time travel to the date when Roscoe is in boxes, add you and keep my gates open. I'm expecting someone at 6:00 and I'm having dinner soon though.

Also just to let you know, the friend code in your signature did not work (my 3ds said it was invalid). So I entered the one underneath your icon.

That's because the code in his signature is a Dream Address hun ^.^, that's why it was invalid. xD

Going to bed soon because I'm tired. I'll try my best to keep Roscoe from moving out overnight with time travelling.
