Last villager move in and move out?

Is it true that the last villager to move in will not move out until another villager move out first? Anyone had try this proof the rumors is wrong?? Because if so...then is very unfortunate >< and a very terrible pet peeve!

i don't think this is always true. i think kiki was the last one that moved in to my cycling town and i don't think anyone moved out before her. i also didn't talk to her at all, not even introduce myself to her, so she moved out pretty fast.

Oh really?!! yay that's great!! thank you xDD But I think is kinda random too =x my friend did the ignoring thing and that villager never leave for months already!!

It's not true. In my main town...the day right after Zucker moved in (was a 10th) he asked to leave.
Then the day after Octavian moved in (also a 10th at the time) he also asked to leave.

I've also encountered it a few times cycling villagers but it's pretty rare...still possible though.

Lol, I don't TT at all in my main town. I simply said hi to them like usual when they were in boxes moving in and then the next thing I know they wanted to leave lol. ;_; I think it's just extremely random sometimes. Luckily when Marina moved in she didn't ask to go shortly after or I would of said it's a Octopi thing lol.

I think it has something to do with friendship. The villagers that I am friends with want to leave. New ones don't have the time to build a relationship with you, so they might be somewhat more reluctant.
