Buying Landscaping!

Hey, I'm looking to purchases some landscaping items!!

I need saplings, cedar saplings, and bushes of all types but hibiscus.
I'm willing to pay 35k IGB per item.

I have no TBT so please don't ask ~.~

I have 20 cedar saplings , 30 pink hydrangeas , & 10 regular saplings. ill take tbt for the cedar & bush starts & igb for the saplings
