Buying Landscaping items for IGB please

So I'm trying to remodel my town which is a nightmare!! Below are things that I'm in need of, I can only pay in IGB! Also if anyone wants to visit give me a bit of advice, ideas and opinions it would really help as I'm struggling at the minute to the point I feel like restarting!!
