Buying Landscaping Help!

Basically, my town's a mess ^^'
There are lots of hybrids in my town that I'd like organized into separate sections. I'd also like all trees cut down for more room. It doesn't sound like much but there's a lot to do.
In return, you'll be provided w/ a golden tool set that you're able to keep after landscaping
You will also be able to decide the amount of IGB you'd like in-return for your time & effort.
If that doesn't interest you, you could pick out some hybrids for yourself.
