Landscaping Help?

This would be my first time trying to get a pretty town, but I don't know where to start in terms of putting hybrids, trees, PWPs and anything else in my town. This is what my town looks like:




Anyone want to help me landscape? I'll pay 500k-1m!

I actually really like your layout, my town is still "under construction" but what I've been doing is TTing and focusing on unlocking projects first, I have a list of ones I'm actually going to use. From there I've built little by little In sections. It all depends on what you want though, would you like a themed town? Or perhaps jus trying for something that looks pretty, or your dream town. I haven't been focusing on trees or flowers much, I'm buildng those around projects so I don't wind up wasting resources If I change my mind later on. I'm kind of no lifing this though right now, haha. Just my two cents though, nobody can decide what your town will be except for you.
