Lack of night time visitors

Anyone else notice a mysterious lack of night time visitors. Haven’t seen Celeste or wisp for well over 3 weeks now.

Wisp I haven't seen in forever. I'm guessing it's because of the weekends being blocked by events. I've seen Celeste regularly but I know my weather seed so I know which nights she might show up. You could have just been missing her.

I saw Celeste the other day. Maybe 1-2 days ago. It had been a while since she visited. I haven’t seen wisp in months though.

celeste is always very sparing on my island. despite having 12+ nights where she could potentially show up this month, i've only seen her once? wisp is around relatively frequently

Yes! Was hoping someone would ask this. Myself and Mum (separate switches and islands) haven’t seen either for a while. It had been fine, then they seemed to disappear after the small bug fix update on the 6th.

Haven't seen Celeste or Wisp in a while either. Although, I haven't been playing much at night lately.

I haven't seen Wisp in quite a while either. I missed Celeste as well last week, propably because I got the heavy meteor shower on the same day as KK was here ....

It's just another trip to the bin with another duplicate floor.

Celeste is always once a week on my island. The weeks I miss her I assume it's bc I'm always TTing and not specifically looking for her.

I have seen Wisp 2 or 3 times on my current island but I also never look for him and he's always hiding at the cliffs

i only ever see celeste when i'm returning from a meteor shower at someone's island and I've already collected a recipe. I've seen her maybe two times in the last month. Wisp, on the other hand, has been MIA for weeks!

I have only seen Celeste once or twice on my island and Wisp a grand total of 4 or 5 times. I play a lot at night so I'm surprised I haven't seen either of them more.

Yes, this has been bothering me. I know a few others having this issue. It seems to trace back to the weekend with too many events: Bug Off Saturday, Fireworks Sunday and KK on Monday. It is almost like having KK on Monday instead of a typical day time NPC some how messed it up for some. Both Celeste and Wisp were missing that entire week and this week they have yet to be seen and it is already Wednesday. Idk why it effects some and not others. I hope it’s enough to get Nintendo’s attention, it has to be a glitch.

She’s back!!! I got Leif during the day even though according to my tracker he was not scheduled to come this week. I thought maybe it was a good sign and that they were messing with the NPCs to fix the Celeste issue and I was right. She showed up tonight. Idk if I will get Wisp this week or have to wait til next, but I’m thrilled to see her.
