Yeah, but the problem is that if Kyle's going to move, then wouldn't that mean that another 10th villager will come back? (I have about 90 friends due to TBT trading), so wouldn't that kind on increase the chance of actually getting someone else?

Or is there a specific amount of days that a new villager can move in after one left?

I'm not completely sure, but if you take the villager that you want today, then they'd certainly move in.

I think it depends on how long they've been in the void.
It may increase the chance of getting someone else, because it's 90 people and they could have voided a lot of animals.
I don't think there is a specific amount of days.
