Um, above it's title. RANDOM.ORG, you should see a drop down option or whatever, that says Lists and More. Hover over it and then click List Randomiser.
Then, just put their names in the text box and press randomise.

Click "settings" in the top left corner of the friends list and then "delete friend card."Ok8 minutes left!
