i 've heard you have to go to the cafe at 8:00 PM. is that true?
if its true than is it only 8:00 PM (i mean is it only for 1 minute)

Saturday nights after 7:59 PM. Until Midnight I think.

It is from 8 PM to 12 AM on a Saturday night (early Sunday morning too if you want to be specific). How could you not know that, you're so clueless. No offense.
