KK Slider concert?

After you hit 3 stars, how long does it take for KK Slider to show up?
Nook was really wishy-washy about a timeframe. On one hand, this is Animal Crossing, so probably only a day or two wait, but on the other hand, KK Slider is usually a Saturday visitor, and if I'm going to have to wait until Saturday I'd like to know in advance so I can adjust my excitement lol

This is actually a really good question, since I want to unlock terraforming ASAP and knowing that I'm so close but have to wait until Saturday may drive me insane the rest of the week lol

I just got 3 stars today. if I remember correctly tom nook said he's dropping by tomorrow.

It’s one day! He’ll be there the day after you reach three stars! That’s what happened in my town, at least!
