Mostly looking for Kitchen/Library Items (especially a Kitchen Island or two and some large Bookcases), but I'll buy anything from the wishlist in my signature as well as any DIY Recipes you might have spare.

Also any Wands except Star, Bamboo, and Sakura. Particularly looking for Tree Branch Wand, Golden Wand, and Iron Wand.

I have plenty of bells, pretty much all I do is decorate and make money lol

I have no idea what a fair price is, for either.....so..... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I have plenty of bells though.

According to online, Stone Lion Dog sells for 14,000 bells and Watercooler sells for 3,400 bells. How's 35,000 for both?

And for the Iron Wand recipe, since those are somewhat rare, how about 150,000?
