Buying Kintaro Wig

After being away for awhile, I completely reset my town for the challenge. However I realized that I don't think it's possible to get a Kintaro wig in the US version of the game. Since I just began, I don't have much to offer. I believe the price for the wig is a little over 1,000 Bells but I will offer 2,000 and you're welcome to take peaches from my town as payment.
