How do you unlock More Killstreaks?

When you go to edit it sometimes says Kill-streak unlock 1 remaining.

How do I get to unlock more? I unlocked about 5-6...

Well it means how much levels you need before you can unlock another streak....

What? What levels allow you to unlock a killstreak?

If you go to the Killstreak page, it tells you how many more levels you need for your next unlock.
