He's free to the first person who can come pick him up, I just have to TT to his moving date.
Please make sure your void is empty first, though. I'm moving him out "naturally", so I'll have a free space I'd like to keep.
I currently have 10 villagers with him, though, so if you need to clear your void, just tell me and we can do so beforehand.
