I just made a second character and I really like the way their tent looks (it's kind of near the waterfall going out to the ocean) so I think I'm gonna keep the tent. Does anyone else do this? Do you have any dream town recs for some inspiration?

Eh, the lack of room is really extreme though. :/
Tried to use the multi-quote tool and it didn't work so will just stick with opening each reply in a new tab and using copy-paste for multiple quotes.

I had 2 extra players in tent for along time. I wasn't sure if I wanted to keep them. At the time they just held perfect fruit or bought turnips. I now have full houses for both.
In a town that just grows perfect fruit all players are in a tent so the villagers never move.

I did that in my old town of Snowfell with one of my characters. I really liked how that character's tent looked and couldn't ever picture her having a full house so I just went with it. The dream might still be working if you want to see how it looked: 4500-2157-7051

I agree with this. I'd probably keep my fourth character in a tent if it weren't for the lack of room.
He's supposed to be close to nature and like plants and things like that so a tent would be very fitting for him, but I want to make him a nice zen garden and a gardening shop and all this nice stuff that unfortunetly wouldn't fit in the tiny tent.

My third character is in a tent, she's a scientist and has plants and bugs in there with a microscope on a table. I wish a could find a nice white coat QR code for her. If anyone knows of any let me know!!! And feel free to check my DA to have a look!
Oh that's a cool theme for a tent character! It's like she's doing a field study. Your post made me think of a qr I saw ages ago on tumblr: here. It might not be exactly what you're looking for though.
