Katt's Petition + Flashy clothes!

I have two requests today! First of all, Katt needs signatures for her petition. Secondly, Gracie is in town and I have very little Flashy clothing. I need either a flashy dress or shirt/pants, and Colorful Socks (the only Flashy socks, so this might be difficult to find)

Hey, I've got a Dr Shrunk's Jacket, steel-toed boots and giraffe pants you could borrow. I need them back though! I think I also have a Bad Bro's Mustache so that'd be flashy accessory as well. You'll pass without the socks.
