Katt is leaving my town(finally). So, I decided to auction her off with the buyout being Beardo. Beardo is the only villager left on my list to obtain. I'll start the bid at 500k. She is supposed to leave on the second, but I might bump that forward in order to line up a villager for my town. In the event I can't find a Beardo to immediately take her place, I will have to cycle Static from my second town which will mean that I will let her leave once I get Static to ping and take her place.
