Katrina's in my town today, looking for visitors to see her

Anyone who would like to come to my town to have their fortune told by Katrina is welcome to come to my town today (August 14th 2013).
EDIT: It's well after 7PM EST, so Katrina's tent is now closed. I'll probably revive this thread whenever she comes back to my town again.

The town square (where Katrina's tent is) is in the bottom-right hand side of the town.

Name of town: Ylisstol
Name of Villager/Mayor: Andrew

General rules for visiting my town:
1. Don't shake the Perfect Cherry, Lemon or Peach trees. There's only one lemon tree, one peach tree and one pear tree in my town currently. In addition, I think the Perfect Cherry trees have only one or two shakes left on them before they rot or lose their leaves altogether. If you want any fruits currently growing on my town's trees, ask me first.

2. Don't chop down any of my trees. Just started growing trees with Oranges, Perfect Oranges and Persimmons yesterday.

3. Don't run over any of my hybrid flowers or red carnations. (Or any of my flowers, that goes without saying.)

4. Don't visit the Shopping district or Re-Tail and buy any of the items on display, ask me first. If you want to go to Re-Tail to sell turnips, that's fine. As of this afternoon(Aug 14 2013) the selling price for turnips in my town is 90 bells, down from 119 bells this morning.

5. If you talk with any of my villagers, don't convince any of them to move away.

I had to temporarily close the gate so as to make sure Mya's 3DS FC was registered properly in my 3DS FC list. I've re-opened the gate, so come on over.

Sort of yes, sort of no.

According to Liquefy's guide over on GameFAQs it seems that visitors going to Katrina's tent apparently don't count towards the requirement to open up her shop on Main Street; apparently only people from the originating town where she's set up her tent for the day count towards the requirement for getting her to set up her shop on Main Street. Unfortunatley, it appears that the official US/Europe guidebook made a mistake on the unlock conditions regarding Katrina's shop. I decided to check the requirement regarding the ordinance to unlock Katrina's shop on Main Street (you have to visit her 20 times) about 10 minutes ago(when I posted this initally), and I'd noticed Liquefy's list of mistakes made in the US/EU guide. The Katrina unlock condition is unfortunatley one of those mistakes. I didn't realize this myself until I double-checked Liquefy's guide.

That said, I think it's a benefit to invite people over to towns that have Katrina visiting (or if people have been lucky enough to have her shop running in Main Street). Especially to players who are having in-game "bad luck" days (e.g. falling down while running) and don't have Katrina in town. Additionally, getting more people into other players' towns count towards getting the train station renovations unlocked and the badges from Phineas for inviting other players to a player's town.
