Katie problem

Hey guys! I just found katie in my town but i've been having a problem with connecting to the internet while playing acnl for a few hours. My ds is connected and works but once i play acnl the connection stops. it says error 001-0502 when i try opening gates or going to tortimer island. I've done everything i can to fix it but nothing has worked. any tips is very much appreciated!

Try shutting your router off and back on that should fix it for you pretty quick, whenever mine does that it seems to work.

I actually just had her today myself, but I have that happen with my internet a lot. It happened once in the middle of a giveaway so I had to just reboot it. But glad I could help!
