EDIT: Thanks to NekoSuke for letting me attempt to drop Katie off; she dropped her ticket on her way to Colony 9 (NekoSuke's town). Once again, thanks all the same for letting me come over to your town while attempting to drop Katie off.
Katie's in my town again today. Can I go to someone's town and drop her off there? Thanks in advance.

Just for the sake of reference, turnip prices in my town as of this posting (1:00PM EST) are 74 bells per turnip.

Name of Villager/Mayor: Andrew

NOTE: If Katie doesn't show up with me when I arrive in town, it means she dropped her ticket on her way onto the train. As most of us know, this means you unfortunatey won't get Katie three days after I visit. Apologies in advance if this happens, this is a random occurance as far as I know.
